1. Shopping with Gensource

These terms apply to gensource.shop and purchases from our store. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order details. Fraud, unauthorized access and interference with the site are prohibited.

2. Products, orders and payment

Products depend on availability. Review specifications, prices and delivery information before ordering. The checkout shows payable charges and accepted payment methods. If we cannot supply an order, or identify a material listing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for cancelled goods.

3. Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains the estimated 5–7 business-day transit after dispatch. Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day voluntary return option. Those policies and our Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

4. Safety and website content

Follow supplied safety and installation instructions. Obtain qualified assistance where needed. Respect intellectual property rights when using site content. External services have their own terms.

5. Your rights and disputes

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@gensource.shop to resolve order concerns. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not remove existing rights.
