Destinations and shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom and United States. Shipping eligibility and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing, transit and total delivery time

Order processing takes 3–5 business days before dispatch. Standard transit takes an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore 8–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any different product-specific delivery timeframe will be stated before purchase. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Where orders ship from

Orders are fulfilled from stock in the United Kingdom and United States. The dispatch location depends on the product and destination. Email support@gensource.shop before ordering if you need the dispatch country confirmed for a particular product.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send available tracking details after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Contact support@gensource.shop if an order has not arrived within its estimated delivery timeframe. For damaged, missing or incorrect goods, include your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Taxes and other charges

The checkout shows the order currency, shipping charge and applicable taxes before payment. Contact us before ordering if cross-border duties or delivery conditions for a particular item are unclear.
